TERMS OF USE AND PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
The business trading as "The Lock Escape Games", legal operator of the website www.thelock.gr and the related social media pages (hereinafter the BUSINESS), based at Garyttou 174, 15343, Agia Paraskevi, hereby informs you that by accepting these Terms of Use you expressly consent to and accept the processing of your personal data, which you provide in the context of the business's activities, in accordance with applicable Greek legislation and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
More specifically, in order to provide the best possible service, the following personal data are required:
Your full name, your personal e-mail and your mobile phone number, which will be used to register your booking in the business's electronic system.
Your phone number will also be used for the telephone confirmation of your booking on the previous day.
Your e-mail may also be used to send informative and/or promotional material, to announce new services and/or offers, and to carry out customer satisfaction surveys with the aim of continuously improving the business's services.
After each game the business will ask for your consent to take audiovisual material (photo and/or video) of your team, which it will publish/share on the social media pages it operates. Your consent to the taking of the material constitutes acceptance of its use for the aforementioned purpose, unless the opposite is expressly requested. If minors under 16 take part in the game, their faces are published with blurred features unless their guardians request otherwise.
Your e-mail may also be used to send the related souvenir audiovisual material.
The company will never sell or otherwise transmit or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except for the application of relevant legal requirements, orders or court decisions to and from the competent Authorities only.
The Company has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, which will be used exclusively for the above purposes and for a period of three (3) years. After this period the data are permanently destroyed/deleted. At any time, by written or electronic request to the business, you can exercise the rights provided by the above regulation, including the right to information and access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, portability and the right to object to the above processing.

The original texts, articles and information published on the business's website are its intellectual property and their reproduction and use without the business's prior written consent is prohibited.

BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm your booking, the business may ask you by e-mail to pay a deposit. This amount will not exceed 30% of the total amount of your booking.
In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the booking, the deposit is refunded in full. In case of cancellation from 72 hours to 48 hours before the booking, either 50% of the deposit is refunded, or the whole amount is credited against any future booking. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the booking, the deposit is neither refunded nor credited.
